Cancellation of Orders:
• The orders are normally despatched to you on the 3-5 working day of order receipt by us. If you wish to cancel BEFORE we have sent goods, you must do so by calling us and emailing together. If your order has not been sent, it will be cancelled and there will be no charge whatsoever.

• If you change your mind and cancel AFTER your order has been sent to you or after receiving the goods you must follow the standard returns process which is documented on our RETURN AND REFUND POLICY page. 

Easy Returns:
• We are happy to accept returns for unwanted items, provided they are returned within 14 days of receipt, it should be unopened, unused and in perfect condition. Items must be returned in new or unused condition and contain all original materials included with the shipment. You will be requested to return the goods through one of our approved transportation methods and will be required to pay the cost of returning the goods. Please return them to the address provided, along with a note of your details and the reason for return. Refunds will be made to the original charged account within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods.
• If you feel your product has failed a Consumer Guarantee (as defined by Egypt Consumer Law) then don't worry you can easily return it to your local Shell Egypt storehouse. How to pick up free at the store?
• During checkout online, select “Pickup” and select your preferred storehouse.
• After your order is placed, you will receive an “order confirmation email” with your “order confirmation number”.
• Once the store has confirmed your order and reserved the stock, you will receive an email “Ready for collection”. (Usually within 24 hours for in stock items)
• Bring your "order confirmation number" to the storehouse you selected for pick up, along with ID card and the credit card you used to make the order.
• If you want to pay cash payment at our storehouse, please speak to one of our staff and your order should be processed in minutes.

Warranty terms for table tennis tables

1. This product is warranted to the original purchaser to be free from defects in material or workmanship for a period of one year from the date of the original retail purchase.
2. Transport damages and damages due to improper storage are not covered by this warranty. Damages due to improper use or cleaning and maintenance and damages caused by sand or abrasives are not included as well. 
3. This product is not intended for institutional or commercial use; the manufacturer does not assume any liability for such use. Institutional or commercial use will void this warranty.

1. Do NOT sit, climb, lean, or place heavy objects on the table.
2. Do NOT place hot goods on table top.
3. Do NOT move table around quickly.
4. Do NOT drag the table when moving it, or move on bumpy, rugged ground, as this will damage the legs.
5. To clean the hard surfaces, spray a cloth with a mild cleaner and wipe. Do NOT use
corrosive/harsh solvents or abrasive materials that may cause damage to the table surface.
6. Do NOT use sharp objects on the table top or painted surface.
7. Move the two halves slightly away from each other before opening and closing to avoid
any contact between the tops.
8. Avoid excessive contact of the paddle against the table top.
