The traditional look of the hardwood frame, with your choice of finish, will compliment your billiard table. While the bright backlit graphics will help to define the atmosphere of your game room.

Each frame is handcrafted from solid hardwood using tongue and groove joinery. The side and end panels boast vibrant backlit graphics digitally printed on shatter resistant acrylic.

Four standard fixtures provide up to 400 watts of illumination using compact florescent bulbs, or 260 watts using incandescent bulbs..

Lights are designed for hardwiring, but end plugs are available for an additional charge. Ceiling canopies and chain are included allowing for easy installation.

Frames are available in Satin Black Enamel or one of our hand stained , including Black, Brown, and Brick, or a Hand Stained Oak. If you'd like to stain or paint the frame yourself we offer an unfinished “Raw" frame.

Cancellation of Orders:
• The orders are normally despatched to you on the 3-5 working day of order receipt by us. If you wish to cancel BEFORE we have sent goods, you must do so by calling us and emailing together. If your order has not been sent, it will be cancelled and there will be no charge whatsoever.

• If you change your mind and cancel AFTER your order has been sent to you or after receiving the goods you must follow the standard returns process which is documented on our RETURN AND REFUND POLICY page.

Easy Returns:
• We are happy to accept returns for unwanted items, provided they are returned within 14 days of receipt, it should be unopened, unused and in perfect condition. Free Pick Up In Store
• Can’t wait for delivery or don’t want to pay additional delivery charges? It’s incredibly simple to pick up your online order in storehouse and get your hands on your product quickly and easily. Simply select the pickup in storehouse option and head to your nearest Shell Egypt storehouse to pick up your order.

How to pick up free at the store?
• During checkout online, select “Pickup” and select your preferred storehouse.
• After your order is placed, you will receive an “order confirmation email” with your “order confirmation number”.
• Once the store has confirmed your order and reserved the stock, you will receive an email “Ready for collection”. (Usually within 24 hours for in stock items)
• Bring your "order confirmation number" to the storehouse you selected for pick up, along with ID card and the credit card you used to make the order.
• If you want to pay cash payment at our storehouse, please speak to one of our staff and your order should be processed in minutes.

Other delivery information:
• Shell Egypt will contact you by email and phone to make an appointment (please leave an easily accessible phone number).
• You can choose between 2 delivery times.
• Friday and Saturday delivery and desired date only for an extra charge.
