I want to share how learning about the heuristic process has greatly improved my approach to UX design. Using heuristic evaluation allows me to quickly identify usability issues that may be hindering users’ interactions with the product. This is especially important in complex interfaces where mistakes can result in high costs in the future. Using heuristic analysis, I was able to not only identify flaws in my designs, but also understand how users interact with the product. This knowledge helps me make more informed decisions and create better user experiences.
